The CL&O Society is very pleased to offer companies interested in connecting with area otolaryngologists an opportunity to purchase a tabletop display at our educational conferences. Attendance at these meetings generally is in the range of 50 or more physicians, including full-time academic faculty, private practice doctors, residents in training, and perhaps a few medical students.
We certainly endeavor to make this a worthwhile activity on the part of exhibitors. The exhibit area is open throughout the meeting. In particular, a cocktail reception is held in the exhibit space before the formal program begins, providing an opportunity for company representatives to visit with CL&O Society members. Exhibitors also are welcome to stay to listen to the lecture and/or panel discussion.

The May 22, 2025 conference is our annual Lederer-Pierce Research Forum. This is a well-attended meeting featuring presentations by numerous residents. Both medical school faculty and private practice otolaryngologists will be in attendance.

For each single meeting, the exhibit fee is $1,500. Companies wishing to exhibit at all six planned conferences this fiscal year (though May) will receive a "package" fee. Please contact the CL&O Society office for details.
